How to switch off trace logging

Hello,

i have a problem with my NT7, when testing on replay 6 concurrent strategies, so NT is logging huge data to trace file log (>200gb per 1 month). I have traceorders=false. Can you help me how to disable writing to trace file log?

Unfortunately this is not supported. You cannot disable the creation of trace files.

You can reduce the amount of log and trace files that NinjaTrader will save. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Log-tab. Reduce the 'Days maintained' setting.

this functionality will work as described only in normal work with NT, not in replay mode, you can try it.
I run replay for several days and only 1 trace file is created. I need to disable it, this functionality slowest replay a lot.

Yes, it creates one trace file for the current day only. It will not create trace files for each day you replay using the Market Replay connection.

Unfortunately you cannot disable the creation of trace files. I will forward the suggestion to development to put it on the list of possible future enhancements.
