Error with live account

Hi, I am getting an error running my strategy on a live account.

The strategy works on the sim account but not on the live account... I can however enter a manual trade via chart trader on my live account.. Not sure if this is a broker issue or a strategy issue?

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, 1056050' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.
