Rithmic Problem

Hello,

Uninstalled Ninja, and deleted my files. I then installed Ninja, and set up my new connection to Rithmic.

However when I proceed to connect to my Rithmic connection Ninja stops working and shuts down.

I have a multibroker lease by the way.

Other connections are working fine. It's just when I make my Rithmic connection that this problem persist.

Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.

Provide me with your latest Log and Trace files.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named log.20140414.txt

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named trace.20140414.txt

This problem was never fixed, I went through a bunch of emails with Cameron who worked hard to help me but then it seemed like I started getting no replies or follow ups when I was still asking for help
