    Account performance differ from IB Data

    Hello,

    I've got a problem.
    When I start to trade at the morning, my Account Performance at NT7 is approximately the same as one at IB.
    I use the latest versions of NT and IB.
    After a while I keep seeing that Account performance at NT is differ from the numbers I see at the IB screen (screenshot attached).
    What to do?
    I've changed the system time lately. May be that's the problem?
    Any help?

    Hi Sergey,

    Are you being charged for commissions for each trade by Interactive Brokers?

    Have you set up these commissions in NinjaTrader?

      Commissions are set. the first several trades differ only for a couple of cents.
      That situation is lasted only for a couples of days.
      Is it possible somehow to reset NT and data?

        In every case, commissions have been already included in IB performance any way.

          Hi Sergey,

          Disconnecting from IB and reconnecting will resync your account position with your brokers account position.

          Are there trades in your Account Performance that are not in Interactive Brokers?
          Are there trades in Interactive Brokers that are not in your Account Performance tab of NinjaTrader?

          The Account Performance tab can need to be reloaded to update to the newest data (it needs to read the database to see new trades).
          You can trigger this by clicking away from the Account Performance tab (such as clicking on the Log tab of the Control Center) and clicking back to the Account Performance tab and then click the Generate button again.

          Does this update the Account Performance for you correctly?

            I've counted the Executions at NT and Completed Orders at IB.
            There are 126 Executions at NT and 52 Completed Orders at IB.
            How come?

              Hi Sergey,

              My guess is that the orders in Interactive Brokers are complete orders with an entry and and exit.

              Each entry and exit in NinjaTrader is one execution. For complete trades you likely have 63.

              Are some of these trades to the Sim101 account or any other live accounts?

              Are there specific trades you see in NinjaTrader that you are not seeing in Interactive Brokers?
