Connection Problem AMP/rithmic these days?

hello

since a few days (perhaps thursday last week) I did not get any connection over my AMP/Rithmic account.
Is this a single problem or is there something generally known?

We are not aware of any connection issues with Amp/Rithmic.

What is the exact error message when you try to connect?

Hello,

This error indicates the following:
- Incorrect login information has been entered (Please double check with your broker to see if you have the correct credentials)
- A demo account has expired (Please double check with your broker if this is the case)
- A firewall or Anti Virus software, etc is blocking NinjaTrader to connect to the internet (Please double check your settings for these programs and make sure that NinjaTrader is still granted to access the internet)
