Order "status" when CME in "halt" due to circuit breakers

Hello, if Ninja sends a limit or "at market order" to CME while the e-mini S&P 500 futures market is in a 15 minute "halt" due to the CME's circuit breakers being activated, are these orders accepted or rejected or cancelled?? Are limit orders accepted? Are "at market" orders rejected or cancelled? When i call OrderStatus() function in Ninja what will be returned by ninja in the event of a CME market halt??

    see this info:

The Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 market
wide circuit breakers levels will be reduced as follows:

Current Levels Effective as of April 8,
    2013
    Level 1 =
    7%

    Level 2 =
    13%

    Level 3 =
    20%

    The maximum market
wide circuit breaker based on the S&P 500 Index will be 20%.

If a Level 1 or Level 2 marketwide circuit breaker level is touched prior to 2:25 p.m. CT, a

    15
minute marketwide trading halt will be triggered.

    Hello Rocket130713,

    Thank you for your note.

We would expect this to get rejected with there being no market data. However, I would clarify this with your broker to ensure what would happen in the event of this.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
