Stop & Target submission: PerEntryExecution vs ByStrategyPosition

Hi,
I am wondering what the difference is between the two settings for "Stop & Target submission":


In specific,

PerEntryExecution vs ByStrategyPosition.

I am asking, because my TWS does not seem to be processing orders properly. It marks them with a status "pending" and I need to confirm stop loss and profit taker...which kind of ruins the whole point of automated trading.

I was wondering if this setting could change the way stop loss and profit taker are pushed ...in order to avoid to have to deal with IB support, which is terrible.

nikolaalx, which NT7 release version are you using with which version of TWS in this setup?
