Run Live and Sim at the same time

I am getting an error saying I can not connect Live while Sim is running. How do I overcome this problem?

Hi,

You are likely connected to Simulated datafeed. You need to disconnect and then connect to your created account connection.

You can not be connected to both Simulated datafeed and alive datafeed connection since the Simulated datafeed is canned data and not live data.

You are connected to the Simulation Data Feed which is an internally generated market. What you want to do is disconnect from that, connect to your live account, then set any order entry window to the Sim101 account when you want to trade with real-time market simulation.

Speaking of simulated data feed.....Can NT read the Ensign playback files??? What I would love to do is test using NT/Ensign in sync???

No, NT can not read Ensign playback files. But you could try to drive NT by Ensign playing back their files like you can with eSignal - not sure if Ensign supports this feature.
