Stops using IB + NT, Are They Local?

Hey guys, quick question.

If I use NT with my IB account with bracket orders, are these local on my computer or on IB's servers?

If my computer or internet gets shut down, are stops still live?

Thanks for your post.

With IB, orders in a state "Accepted" or "Working" are at the exchange or on IB's servers in situations where the exchange does not have native support for an order type.
OCO (One Cancels Other) functionality is natively supported on their servers.
