Horizontal Line with Price Tab and or add Label

Can anybody tell me where to get a Horizontal line with price tab indicator.

If the indicator allows you to add a label the line that would be even awesome as well.

through Utilities -> Import NinjaScript, I successfully imported the code you provided the link of; I also enabled the Alerts and the Pop-up Alert Box in the Parameters, but nothing appears in my chart: how does it work ?

After you have applied your Horizontal line using the drawing tool please right click within your chart-->Indicators-->Select "LabelHorzLinesAlert"-->Click New-->Set your parameters on the right then click Ok.
