When attempting to connect does an error appear on screen? If so, what does the error report?

Didn't see your response. I had mb desktop open at same time when trying to connect. Question though, do you know if I can download historical data from mb? I just have demo now, I tried to download some data but it didn't work. Maybe if I have live account with them?
