Connection failed

Hi, after i installed my ninja trader software, i followed instruction, then i clicked on connect AMP Futures(my broker), it didn't connect!!

I did this for 2/3 times....same thing. So i disconnected my computer, restarted my internet. And maybe restarted Ninja Trader(not sure).
And when i clicked it connected.
I shut down my computer and now it won't work.
Kinetic's end of day data connects though

What the problem could be. It's my first day with ninja trader.

We typically see periods of server maintenance over the weekends which can result in an inability to connect. Due to this, I'd recommend that you try the connection again now. If you encounter further issues with this connection attempt after rebooting please contact me at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com with a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file so that I may further investigate. The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder and is named 'trace.20140406.txt'.
