FXCM connection fail, cant disconnect

I connected with FXCM and the connection failed but the connection remained opened. I was able to open it a few more times and each time new connection status was added and i still not able to disconnect. See the attached screenshot.

You would need to restart NinjaTrader to clear these connections from the Control Center.

Thanks for your reply.

To clarify were you receiving real time data while this happened?
Were you reconnecting to the same connection under File> Connect or did you recreate your connection and then attempt to connect to it also.
