Connect to Kinetick or CQG

I use Kinetick data and lately I cannot connect. I get an error message: Login failed: Cbi ConnectionNow: Failed to call (Adapter Connect: The type initializer for <Module> threw and exception. I have removed NinaTrader, cleared my IE with cookies and such, then reloaded, rebooted and sometimes it works, sometimes I just need to reboot my computer--- is this happening to anyone else?

The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140406.txt' file.

I have been suffering the same problem for a few months now. I have re-installed Windows 7 and then Ninja and I'm still getting it. Help!
