Constant reloading of data

Hi,

Why is it, that everytime I run a backtest or open a chart, NT tries to fully backload the data? I already have the data downloaded in the database. But it seems NT reloads the data every time I am connected to my broker.

With Interactive Brokers this leads to constant historical request pace violations.

When I am not connected, NT does everything fine. So there must be a check to see if the data is available. Wish it also did this check when I am connected.
