IB not on list anymore

Hello

I am using the free version to NJ to continue trying things out and learn how to code for ninjatrader prior to purchasing it (don't want to purchase it before I am confident that I can fully utilize it)

I have been using my normal Interactive Brokers data feed but today when I opened my software it is not on my list of data providers any more. Thinking that it was just a glitch, I tried to re-add it to my data providers but it will not allow me to do so.

Can you explain to me why this is?

Thank you for your post.

Based on your description I suspect that NinjaTrader's license could not be verified at start up. I would recommend that you restart the PC, modem and router then launch NinjaTrader again. After restarting the software it should be possible to access the connection again however if you encounter an error as NinjaTrader starts please let me know what that error reports.
