NH-NL imported data but error on loading the chart

    NH-NL imported data but error on loading the chart

    Hello,

    I track the NH-NL and manually update .xsl file every day.
    I exported the data to .txt file and managed to import it to NJ but I get an error when loading the chart, see attached.

    Can you please help to solve this?

    Hello hub1979,

    Can you please disconnect any connection in NinjaTrader at Control Center-->File-->Disconnect. Subsequently create a new chart and check if data is loaded without error.

      Hi Jason,
      thank you for fast reply.
      I disconnected the connection, the error is gone now but a blank chart opens.
      Any suggestions?

        Can you please check if the imported historical data is present in the Historical Data Manager. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab. Double click the ^NHNL and check if you see the imported data.

        If the data is listed, you should be able to load it in a chart. Make sure the 'End date' and 'Days to load' settings are configured so the chart requests the data you imported.

          The data is present in the Editor, see attached.
          I set the start and end dates to match the data but still no improvement.

            Solved - I changed the Session template from Default 24/7 to US Equities RTH.
