NT7 platform placing ghost trades on AUD USD pair even though no charts up or not strategies running ?????????????????

Hello stafe,

Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'? If not, please disconnect FXCM and Vision Financial Markets and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab, click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the chart loads the requested data.

If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.



Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate the ghost trades. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, No Data No Charts FXCM and Vision - ghost orders placed' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'. Please include the time and prices of these trades. You can check the Control Center-->Executions-tab for this information.
