Weird GC Charts

Hello

Since Friday I have been attempting to load GC06-14 tick charts but have obtained weird looking charts. The candles appear overly large. Is there a problem with the historical data?

I'm attaching a screenshot for your reference.

BTW i am connecting with Kinetick.

Hi Kyle

I believe last Friday's bars are not reflective of the 300 tick bar.

When I was trading between 4pm to 6.30 pm (my local time) the bars were very much smaller. I have attached another chart together with my orders annotated for your reference.

Which data provider do you use with NinjaTrader?

If you right click in the chart and select the 'Reload All Historical Data' option does this same issue remain?

I have reloaded the chart many times but the charts remain the same.

Is Kinetick the only data source which you use with NinjaTrader?

If you connect to another data provider as well, which data source do you connect to first?

I use Kinetick with my broker Interactive Brokers.

I log on to Kinetick before IB's Trader's Workstation.

The charts look the same even even when I log on to Kinetick by itself (without logging into IB's TWS).

I load the same data here when using Kinetick as a data source however I cannot explain why you would have seen different data originally based on the information we've gone over here.
