CQG and Kinetick Data Feeds

Primary Data Connection : CQG
Secondary Data Connection : Kinetick

Question. On 27Mar, the CQG datafeed could not access real time data for the EuroFX market, 6E. On that day, if I had Kinetick as the secondary data connection, would NT have retrieved the 6E data from Kinetick, even though NT "knows" that CQG has access to Futures data?

In other words, is NT smart enough to get data from the secondary connection, if the primary connection is active, but a specific market is unavailable?

Thank you for contacting us.

In this scenario you would need to manually change the order of connections to ensure that NinjaTrader requested data using Kinetick as an automatic change over is not currently possible under these conditions.
