6e no historical - amp/cqg

Hi,

Just loaded my charts for the first time in a few days. I have no historical for 6E. Other instruments are ok, GC, CL, YM, ES... just 6E 06-14 showing no prior data.

If I "reload historical" then it simply loads with the current bar again, showing nothing previous to that bar.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your forum post.


We have had a few reports this morning that historical data for 6E 06-14 on CQG is missing up until the current time with tick and minute data.


This situation is currently being investigated and the missing data will be attempted to be restored over the weekend.
