Day Data File Reference Issue

    I have missing prints for Natural gas on 11/21/2013 from 6:00-6:02 for minute data. I see a lot of data problems. Do you guys have any cleaned data?

      Hello albazzaztariq,

      Not sure what you mean by "cleaned" data but I can try to verify the data provided to you by your data provider on my side.

      What time zone is your Local PC clock set to?

      What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

      Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

      What instrument Expiry have you selected? For example ES 06-14

      What interval is selected? 1 Minute?

      What is your merge Policy set to? You may check this by going to Tools -> Options -> Data tab under Merge Policy.

      Are you verify this data with another Data Provider or means?

        No, I was told that it's pulling the data from your servers. I have a licensed version of NinjaTrader

          Hello albazzaztariq,

          In the overnight or Extended Trading Hours (ETH) session it does not mean that there will be data every minute unless there was a trade that occurred during that time.

          With that said, give me some time to be able test and check the data for this time.

            Thanks for your patience.

            So it does appear that there is some missing Historical Data for that instrument at that time that we have verified against another provider.

            I will report this to our Server Team to try to have restored.

            I have exported that data from Kinetick that you may use in the mean time for that day(s) attached to this post.

            Once downloaded, you can start the import process using the steps below:

            1. Disconnect from any open data connections (File--> Disconnect)
            2. From the NinjaTrader Control Center, click on Tools--> Historical Data Manager
            3. On the Import tab of the Historical Data Manager, please ensure you have selected the following:
            Format: NinjaTrader (timestamps in import file(s) represent end of bar time)
            Data type: Last
            Time zone of imported data: UTC

            4. Once these options have been selected, please select the "Start Import" button
            5. Navigate to the file on your computer you wish to import and select "Open"
