problem fut continuos realtime

hi, i've a problem with fut continuos

ex: XG 06-14 it run correctly

But XG ##-## it dont run real time (only historical)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

IN this moment the continuos run ... but often does not work

I did not understand why

Please note, the front month and rollover dates used when plotting the ##-## will come from the IQFeed servers.

Please disconnect from IQFeed, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

If you experience the same, please send us your log and trace files so we may look into what occured.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
