Symbol DX not charting The ICE U.S. Dollar Index (USDX) futures contract

Hello guys

I am trying to get a chart for Symbol DX, The ICE U.S. Dollar Index (USDX) futures contract. I am using Kinetick and according to the NT Instrument Manager it should be ICE Dollar Index.

NT will produce chart data for Symbol DX, but the data on the chart is not the ICE Dollar Index that I see at:
https://www.theice.com/productguide/ProductSpec.shtml;jsessionid=A9F326C8A92C70B54FCCA 3F577B58DB7?specId=194 .. as specified in the NT Instrument Mgr.

Also when I try to bring up chart DX 06-14, NT gives an error that says "Error on loading chart data for 'DX 09-13 Nybot'. Error on loading historical data (20013)'

I need to see the ICE U.S. Dollar Index (USDX) futures contract, current or continuous contact charts.

Please contact me at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com with a link to this forum thread, your Kinetick User ID and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140320.txt' file.
