charts disappearing

Recurring problem of charts disappearing at certain times. This morning at 11:00 am CST charts just vanished. Using Kinetick connection and 24/7 session template for charts.

When you say vanished are you referring to the data disappearing or the entire chart window closed automatically.

data missing

By disappearing I mean missing data. Data also will not appear when trying to load new chart.

1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
