cant connect

first time I ever got this message:login failed: exception of type cqg treader data access. session manager. no tradinginterfaces enabled exception was thrown. ?????? what to do

CQG has confirmed they are getting reports of users unable to connect and they are looking into it.

now |I am getting this message: login failed: one or more requied configuration entries is missing. incorrect or improperly formatted. everything was working fine this morning!
