CQG connection problem

    CQG connection problem

    Support,

    My cqg connection is on/off and when I disconnected and reconnected,..ita not getting connected and I am getting this message in log:

    see attachment.

    Anyway to resolve this problem without restarting Ninja?

    I am on latest Ninja version 22

    DS11.NinjaTrader.com is online. Are you able to connect to the CQG data connection too, or does that also give you errors?

    If you cannot connect to the data server, you'll need to restart NinjaTrader in order to try this connection again. If it still tells you no host is known, the next step would be to restart your PC as well as any network hardware such as a modem or router.
