    problem with license

    hello everyone, this is my problem:
    Yesterday I added a new license key real, but since then nothing but trouble. when I start the ninja strategies crashes, and will not allow me to enter my connection. What can it be? What can I do?

    Hi Max,

    Do you mean that you cannot create your connection (i.e., the provider is not available)

    Or do you mean you receive an error when you try to connect? If so, what is the error?

    In terms of crashing, it would best to send us your log and trace files so we can look into that further.

    Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, and a reference to this thread

    You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    * The log file will be named ‘log.20140314.txt’

    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    * The trace file will be named ‘trace.20140314.txt’
