Missing historical data

Hi, there!

I have just noticed that I am missing EURUSD historical data from Sep 2011 to Feb 2012. I have tried to create charts in NT to pull the missing data and all I get is blank charts. I have also tried to retrieve the data using the Reload All Historical Data option from the charts and clicking the Reload All button from the Historical Data Manager Reload tab. No luck so far. However, I can successfully create these charts from my data provider platform, TWS from IB (screenshots attached).

I have made sure the "Get data from server (if available)" is checked Under Historical chart data.

How can solve this issue?

Hello shicuco,

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, Missing historical data' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Please include what TWS version you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About TradersWorkStation.
