Charts not loading

Some forex currency pairs are loading fine while others are not loading at all. Checked instrument manager - settings are all the same as well as with session manager. Cannot
locate where inconsistency is coming from. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for your post.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
What instrument have you selected?
(For a chart) what interval is selected?
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Connection with Kinetick, Ninja version 7.0.1000.21, usdcad and eurcad affected along with a few others, applies to all time frames, no error message with plain chart
