orders getting rejected

    orders getting rejected

    Everything was working fine until today.
    When trying to put in trades, it gives me the error
    "Entire Batch Failed routing. Account not mapped to the TTORD trader" and rejects all trades.
    Any clue what would be wrong?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

    Can you double check if your account parameters are still correct and also reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments.

    If that doesn't help, please contact your broker and verify with them if your account is still set up correctly on your end and if you're still allowed to submit orders in the account.
