Chart trader doesnt work on Free NinjaTrader Platform

hello staff,

I recently opened a live account with AMP clearing, with free ninjatrader software and when I open the chart , it doesn't let me choose the chart trader option.

What's wrong with this? Did I miss something at the setup?

Thank you for your post.

You are likely using the Direct Edition of NinjaTrader. Although this edition is free and able to trade live, it does lack some functionality of the Standard Edition such as Chart Trader, ATM Strategies, and OCO orders to name a few.

If you are interested in these features, you will need to upgrade to the Standard Edition of NinjaTrader. Please see the link below for purchase/leasing information.

is there other way I get the free ninjatrader platform using only the chart trader option?

at the link , I see the FREE version , wich I guess doesnt have those features, right?

Unfortunately, to use Chart Trader for live trading, a license key must be purchased or leased.
