Settings not saving on exit

Im having trouble getting Ninjatrader to actually save changes I have made when I exit the program.

Every time I start the software, I need to go over everything again to make sure everything is setup the way I need it. For example:

Setting the "Quote currencies (FX) in: pip, half pip 10th pip. Every time I set it to 10th pip, but when I reload the software I have to do it again.

Very frustrating....

How can I get tit to save all changes I made?

Hello Synergy,

It should be saved automatically. Could it be you do not click OK but Cancel in the Options menu after you change it?

Can you please set it to TenthPip again and restart NinjaTrader. Subsequently check if it is still set to TenthPip.

Im clicking "OK" but it's not saving the changes...

Can you please try the following. Shut down NinjaTrader and go to Documents-->NinjaTrader 7.

Rename the Config.xml file different.

Start NinjaTrader and enter your license key. You will have lost all connections you had created. We can always rename the Config.xml file back to restore them.

Subsequently check if the 'Quote currencies (FX) in' setting is saved when you restart NinjaTrader.

Thank you for your post.

Please shut down NinjaTrader --> got to the following directory on your PC: (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Indicator --> delete the .xml for the indicator's template --> restart NinjaTrader.
