as Sandman reported in his 'ALERT: Missing historical data on CL' thread
"Seems to be again an issue with the historical data server."

it's UNACCEPTABLE that for whatever reason there's an ONGOING problem
with the NinjaTrader historical server

why is the problem ONGOING - RECURRING ?
why isn't there a BACK-UP server ?

I'm not really interested in learning the answer to those questions, or why
missing data has to wait till the weekend to be loaded

what I do want to know is that the problem is FIXED and won't RE-OCCUR

is NinjaTrader going to fix the problem, permanently ?

Very qood questions.

We have redundancy in the form of back up hardware and data centers. We do our best to minimize service interruptions and maximize up-time but outages can and do occur. If problems exist within our control, we resolve them as quickly as possible. In today's case, the problem was outside of our control and was a result of our data server provider not sending us "last trade" data for a handful of instruments.

all I can say is ~ GET A NEW DATA SERVER PROVIDER that IS reliable
