CQG datafeed can't get the live feed

When I first open the chart, the price was correct as the live price. But then it stop refresh, I need to reload the chart each time to get the live price, same problems occur in the time and sales too. Is there have problems on the data feed provider or others?

As I understand it this issue is effecting some CQG users currently. Your broker is aware of the issue and is working with CQG to address the underlying cause. Your broker should be able to offer additional information about the status of the issue.

Thanks for the update, Kyle. There seem to be several threads about this today - with CL, S&P etc affected, historical data missing, connection problems and so on.

I recently moved from Mirus/Zenfire because of the issues there

... and now this

Not NT's fault, of course, but still very frustrating.
