Unable to download data

Hi,

I am a new NinjaTrader user (version 7.0.1000.22). I am trying to use the Kinetic free EOD data. The data does not appear in the charts. I have tried this with several symbols (ES,NQ,YM). The Log and trace files do not seem to indicate anything that is obviously wrong. Choosing Connect/Disconnect causes connection/disconnection messages to appear with no errors indicated . I have restarted NT and rebooted the computer after NT installation. I even tried temporarily disabling the antivirus/firewall software and disabling the security in the modem/router. Although, since a connection to Kinetic seems to be established I wouldn't think that would be the problem.

Anyway, I can't think of anything else to try.

Just in case,
Are u trying to load anything besides daily data...kinetic free is only daily data

My mistake. I thought EOD included higher resolution data such as tick or minute and was just delayed until the end of the day.
