Why does my chart have so few candles?

My friend and I both use NT with the same data feed and broker. We both use a 2000 tick chart. But his chart has a lot more candles. By comparison, it looks like I am using a 15,000 tick chart rather than a 2000 tick chart. Something is definitely wrong. Do you have any idea why I am getting so few candles? I double checked my settings..and everything looks correct. I attached a picture of my chart for today. Thanks for your help.

The overnight, for example, only has 2 candles, whereas my friend's 2000 tick chart has many many more.

We were able to resolve this over the weekend via email with each other. We discovered that there was some missing data and were able to restore the data by right clicking on the chart and selecting Reload All Historical Data.
