Historical Data Missing From Charts

    Thanks for your reply.

    There would be no message to tell you when to enable and disable this. Please note if you are running your chart through the day your charts will be pulling in real time data and it will be available on your chart even if there is no historical data on the server. Your charts would be fine if you left them and did not reload the historical data.

      Please add this to the suggestion list.

      When NT knows of a problem with historical data there is no reason to not notify customers (except, possibly, the PR benefit of keeping customers from knowing about NT problems that may not directly affect them).

      A status button would do the trick. A red button, on being clicked, would list all known problems.

              ZB missing data

              Missing data ZB 06-14 from 4:30 am to when I turned on my NT 8:30. What is UP??
              I am not playing the reload game and losing the data I have.

                We can confirm this data is missing and our IT department will attempt to restore the data this weekend.

                    We have reports of historical data missing on the ZB, FDAX, and M6A.
                    Our servers team is looking into this further and will see about restoring the missing data this weekend.

                      The servers have been switched to a backup server. Please restart NinjaTrader to establish a connection to the backup server. You may need to right click on your chart and select Reload All Historical Data

                        After connecting - missing data?

                        I am looking at ES for 6-14 and it appears that es drops 10 points in a few seconds at around 0735 this AM, but now I am looking and it appears I am missing about 45 minutes of data on the minutely chart.

                        USing CQG.

                        What is the issue here? Are you seeing a problem on your end?

                        What can I do about it?

                          Unfortunately, the historical data server stopped recording data as of 5:45 AM EDT. I have sent a report to our server team. They are looking into it. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

                            Same problem is repeating again. I got disconnected, now data of last 2 hours is missing on all charts.

                              Data missing April 11, 2014

                              Good Morning,

                              Using Amp/CQG. My charts show a gap in price and time from 4:43 CST to 6:30CST. ES dropped 10 points? TF dropped 64 ticks? Similar time and price gaps in 6A, 6E, 6J.

                              Please advise.
