Is Vision Financial down today?

I'm using Vision Financial data through a TST combine. Today happens to be the last day of my 20 day combine and I cannot get a connection to the Vision Financial account. I do have the latest version of NT (22) loaded although this occurred with an older NT version as well. the exact error message is "Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection". My internet is fine, data from AMP to NT is coming in fine. This seems to be a Vision Financial or TST problem. I cannot get a hold of TST until 8 AM CT.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I am not aware of any issues. Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email and send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, Is Vision Financial down today?' in the subject header.
