Historical data (amp, cqg, Eurex futures)

Hi,
My broker is AMP and data provider CQG with them.
From what AMP server told me historical data from CQG is stored on ninja servers and then served to customers.

So this is a question for NInja staff:

- I recently had to change the EUREX futures contract I trade from the March expiration to the June expiration:

FDAX, FGBL, FESX....

I notice that very recent historical data, from today for example, is not delivered when I connect, which creates a big gap in chart.
Is this common issue when contract is near expiration and using recent contract ?
Any reason I don't get recent historical data on June contract ?

Hello Duval,

Thank you for your post.

Since the 03-14 contract is still trading for those contracts, all of your historical data is for the current contract rather than the new contract. The easiest way to resolve this is to simply change the roll over date. You will want to change the roll over from it's current setting to today.

For the JUNE FDAX isn't showing dept of sales on the DOM, but the March does ?

I see the same thing, it's because of the low trade volume at the moment. The ask volume that I'm seeing on the Eurex website is only 2 while the bid volume is only 1.
