Barchart SP500 not Updating

Hello,
I am not able to get the CBOE ^SP500 instrument to update in real time. I can connect to barchart and refresh data manually but it's not updating. Is this the correct symbol to map to $SPX? I have reset my instrument DB, and also reset DB still the same issue. Running 7.0.1000.22.

Thank you for your note.

The symbol ^SP500 is an Index, not all data providers support Index Data.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

The data provider is barchart, cboe real time. I get the historical data but the real time updates aren't coming in.

Please reset your master instrument list.


To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


Once the reset is complete, restart NinjaTrader.
