    Thanks, Patrick. I'll check back in later. I noticed when I killed the internet connection itself and NT lost it's CQG connection because of this, and then I reestablished the internet connection, the mode in the SuperDOM didn't change. It only changed when I disconnected and then reconnected in NT. Ongoing. Thanks for your help.

      I never did hear back from anyone in regard to this problem. As I mentioned when I went to reset the simulated trades I was looking right at the SuperDOM and it was in SIM mode with a trading loss. And after I reset it several times it still showed this loss. It's supposed to clear the PnL area, but it didn't. That was how I knew it was a real trade with my real money even though I didn't place one that way.

      Will someone please follow through on this as I want to know what happened. This occurred in NT R21. This may have been a version fault. Thanks.

          Thank you for your response.

          I can confirm the order was manually placed. I believe you are detailing that the account switching to the live account after reconnecting to the data feed is the system fault here, and as such I have reported this. There is no word on this item at this time.
