    How to print to output file?

    Please help figure this out. I am printing to output file latest highest price. The problem is that it prints on every bar update so my output files fills up very fast. I need to only print the highest value of price once and then when it reaches higher then the last highest then print it again.

    in the variables region add:
    private double hmax = 0;

    Someplace after onbarupdate

    if (High[0] > hmax)
    {
    hmax = High[0] ;
    Print ("CurrentBar: "+CurrentBar+" New high = "+hmax);
    }

    hope this helps.

      Hello relogical,

      Thank you for your post.

      A great example here from Tasker-182 showing how to use a double to store and compare the High[0] value.
