MBTrading: connected but no data

Hello. I've been using an MBTrading demo account for some time with no problems. Today all of a sudden, the charts stopped updating. The MBT navigator works fine and the data are flowing in its window, NT is connected but the charts don't show any update. I have restarted and connected to the MBT server no problem every time with no results. I asked in their live chat bud they said if the navigator is working, it must be an NT problem. Can you help please? Thanks

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments

Next use the steps I have provided below to delete your cache:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Open the db folder
• Delete the cache folder
• Open NinjaTrader
• Connect
