E-mail trade alert

Hello,

Is it possible to set up an email alert each time there is an event in my platform (open trade, connection lost, trade close etc.).

I have tried to add an email as per this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFz4HHYk0wE

However, nothing happens. Could you please point me to where can I read the instruction on how to properly set my email alerts?

Hello,

I am unsure which function you are asking about. The feature outlined in the video you provided a link to earlier is the NinjaTrader options menu where the software can be configured to send emails. This type of functionality is used when, for example, maually emailing images of charts via the right click > images > email image option.

Ahh ok, now is clear. I thought it supposed to email me traders like I have in TOS platform.
