Problems with chart using eSignal HSI Futures

Hi there

I can pull up a 5 min NT chart using eSignal HSI Futures data (mapping HSI|HKF) for the current month HSI 02-14 perfectly. However, after creating instruments for the coming months say HSI 03-14, HSI 04-14, etc, and when I pull up the NT chart for these coming months, it only shows the same data of HSI 02-14. I tried reload all historical data, and it was still the same. I've checked with other sources and very sure HSI 03-14 data is different from HSI 02-14 by about 60~70 ticks, so how can I do the chart for the coming months?

I also tried other symbol, such as Nikkei 225 index future, and it works fine for future months. So the problem only happens for the HSI futures.

Hello mktrader123,

You will want to change the Merge Policy setting for the HSI.

You can do this by going to Tools > Instrument Manager, searching for the HSI, selecting it and clicking Edit.

Then in the Instrument Editor window selecting 'Merge policy', setting to 'DoNotMerge' and pressing OK > OK.

Then right click on the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.
