connecting - interactivebrokers .. and ?

Dear all ,

im setting for the first time NT 7 (trial mode ... willing to lease/mo) with IB recommend build . 938.1.

in my log i see
interactive broker: primary connection=connected, price feed=connected

still , in the right down corner of NT7 i see connecting - interactivebrokers.

plus , i do see my account number of IB in NT , but without BP , Cash value etc..

i think i done all right since i got a msg on TWS that confirm i connect the api and watchlist of api opened also.

still , i pretty sure something is missed...

UPDATE - now im CONNECTED - interactivebrokers ... but still have issue with account details as i mentioned before.

Thanks for your post.

Do you have your Live account selected? If not, can you please select your Live account and then see if the Buying Power, Cash Value etc shows up.

is it available with the trial ? or i have to lease first ?

You would be able to select your Live account when a Live license is entered. You can lease/purchase a Live license from our website:
