mouse scroll wheel properties

I used to be able to press the scroll wheel on my mouse and see a window showing open,high,low,close, of the price bar in which the cursor sat on. I have downloaded NT on a new computer and can no longer do this. I jst get the time of price bar and a value for my moving average. How can I change the properties of the mouse center wheel to show the data?

I am unsure why the mini data box is not displaying OHLC values for you. Do you encounter the same behavior in a new chart?

Which Windows versions? Which mouse on the old machine? Which one on the new one?


You need to examine your mouse software settings, which is usually separate windows with all the extra functionality they provide.

Even with a new chart I do not get the values. I tried to change my mouse properties in Windows7 and this does not help either. (as per suggestion of sledge)

Hello Anthonyb,

Please right click on the chart and select Data Series.

Then in the Data Series window select 'Display in Data Box' set to 'True' and press OK.
