error 7

Hi
I a new user of Ninja which i've used to trade live .
Now however when i try to connect to my account i get the message

Login failed:unable to login, error 7 Password has expired change password before you login

My ? how do i solve this problem . do i change password only? then how?
Do i have to go through the account connection set up once again.
sorry if this is basic stuff but so is my knowledge level

Under Tools > Account Connections

"Change" your Patsystems connection, go to the page where you enter you account information, check the "Change Password" option and enter in a new password. Complete the wizard and then try and connect.

account disabled

Hi
I've tried to change my details as suggested but i continue to get the error 7 message but with the following information; Invalid login, user account disabled.
Can you please tell me how to remedy this?

I have gone through the process of changing my password and informed my broker, but i still get the message
error7 invalid login user account disabled
Can i complete the account connection set up again to restart live trading

You have to -

- Ask broker to reset your password
- Ask broker what the new password is
- Ask broker if you need to "reset" this password on next connection attempt

- Restart NT
- Go to your connection and change the password to the one the broker provided
- If the broker specified that you must reset the password see Post #2 for instructinos
- Connect
