nt chart prices greatly different from interactive brokers prices

prices on my ES 03-14 s&p500 mini-futures chart are displaying prices about 5 points below those displayed on my interactive brokers trader work station for the same march future?
data feed is kinetick live. first time this has ever happened to me.

please advise with thoughts, suggestions, etc.

now they are about 2 points different?

Are you subscribed to real time data for the ES with Kinetick or are you receiving delayed data?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

not subscribed

this has never happened to me until now.
I have real time kinetic live.
no errors messages anywhere.
current displayed values are 1847 vs 1850 [=$150 diff]

whoops, you nailed it with the log tab info [ie] not subscribed for real time within kinetick to that exchange.
